Nate had been working late several nights in a row. It's hard when the kids are in school when he works the late shift, because they only see him for an hour or so in the morning before they leave, and then when he gets home they're already in bed.
On one of these particular nights I was going to get in bed, and I noticed this darling picture laying on his nightstand. Denali telling her dad that she missed him and to kam (come) home. If you'll notice, she puts a D on her dress for Denali, plus also she draws her hoop earrings in her ears - so adorable!
